Welcome to Last Leaf. We create beautiful hardwood furniture from our purpose built workshop outside the city of York. All elements of the work are undertaken by Sam, from the design and timber selection to hand crafting each individual piece and the final finishing process.

Sam studied luthirie at the London Metropolitan University (previously the London College of Furniture) and went on to work on large furniture projects such as Ripon Cathedral, Christchurch College Oxford and St Martin in the Fields on Trafalgar Sq.

Sam's aim is to create simple, elegantly designed individual pieces of handcrafted furniture, whilst ensuring that only the best, handpicked and responsibly sourced timbers are used.

Every piece that leaves the workshop is truly unique with a character of its own, tailored specifically for the customer.
